497 (253) The Grand Jury returneing to the Barr and being called according to theire before menconed and answering respectively therto The Court demands of them if they have agreed upon any p.rsentm.ts and by theire Foreman Answer they have no presentm.ts whereupon they are discharged This County orders M.r Thomas Joce to Credit the Grand Jury the value of Two hundred pounds of Tob Edward James of Kent Island being p.rsented in June last p the Orphan Jury was accordingly summoned but not appearing therto This Court fines him Five hundred pounds of Tobaccoe and orders that now summons be Issued out for his appearance att next Court Robert Hacke being bound by Recognizance for his good behavior and appearance att this Court who accordingly appears and [illegible] that he may be cleared by proclamacon and no person nor any Matter appearing against him This Court orders him to be cleared by proclamacon which is accordingly donn Simon Wilmer Clke Patrick Lawlesse serv.t to Robert Pearke Adjudged to be Fowerteene Yeares of Age and to serve according to Act of Assembly Simon Wilmer Clk |
