the first marked tree of a parcell of Land belonging to
the said Benjamin Blackleach & by him bought of
George Green & Runing from y.e said oake up y.e Creeke
for breadth forty perches & from thence Runing into y.e
woods by a line drawn Northwest for Length four hundred
perches & from y.e End of y.e ^End of y.e^ northwest Line by a line
drawn southwest forty pches & Intercepting y.e above
with y.e said Land unto y.e first marked oake containing
and Layed out for one hundred acres togather with all y.e
Rights members & appurtenances & Comodityes thereunto
belonging or many waies apperataining as alsoe all
houses Edefices orchyards pastures woods trees waies Easments
profitts or any other thing or things to y.e said one
hundred acres of Land belonging To have and To hold
the said one hundred acres of Land with all & singular
the Rights members appurtences unto y.e s.d Benjamin
Blackleach his heires or assigness to y.e onely proper use
& behooffe of y.e s.d Benjamin Blackleach his heires or
assigness for Ever And y.e s.d Richard Hudson for him
selfe his heires Ex.rs doth hereby covenant grant & agree
to & with y.e s.d Benjamin Blackleach his heires or assigness
that y.e s.d Richard Hudson his heires Exect.rs doth Covenant
and agree that y.e s.d one parcell of one hundred acres of
Land & all & singular y.e p.rmisses hereby granted bargained
and sold or Intended to be granted bargained & sold with the
appurtenances thereunto belonging unto y.e s.d Benjamin
Blackleach his heires or assigness against all persons
whatsoever shall & will for Ever hereafter warrant &
defend by these p.rsents And y.e s.d Richard Hudson for him
selfe his heires Exect.rs doth Covenant & agree to & with
the said Benjamin Blackleach his heires or assigness shall
and may by vertue of these p.rsents from time to time
& at all times for Ever hereafter Lawfully peacably &
quietly have hold use occupie possess & Injoy y.e s.d tenement
and parcell of Land with all y.e Rights Members and
appurtenances before granted barganed & sold & have
Receive & take y.e Issues & profitts theirof to his and their
own proper use & behooff for Ever without y.e Lett suite
trouble or disturbance of y.e s.d Richard Hudson his
heires Exect.rs or by any other person or persons whatsoever
and that free & clear & freely & clearly acquited and
and discharged and at all times hereafter well & sufficiently
saved & kept harmless of and from all former and
other sales gifts grants bargaines & from other Incumbrances
