Line by a line North East forty perches & Interrupting a
parcell of Land formerly belonging to John Hudson and
now belonging unto Richard Hudson sonn & heires of the y.e
said John Hudson & parralell with y.e s.d Hudsons Land
unto the first marked oake as aforesd Togather with all
the Rights members & appurtences with houses Edefices buildings
orchards gardens yards pastures woods trees waies Easements
profitts & Comoditys whatsoever he y.e said tenement and
parcell fore hundred acres of Land belonging or appertaining
To have and To hold the said tenement & parcell of Land
with all & singular the Rights Members perquesetts & appurtenances
unto the said Benja Blackleach his heires or
assigness to y.e onely proper use & behooffe of y.e said Benjamin
Blackleach his heires or assigness for Ever And the said
George Green for himselfe his heires Exct.rs doth hereby covenant
grant & agree to & with y.e said Benjamin Blackleach his
heires or assigness that y.e s.d George Green his heires Exectors
the said tenement & parcell of one hundred acres of Land
& all & singular other the premisses hereby bargained and
sold with y.e appurtence thereunto belonging unto him y.e
said Benjamin Blackleach his heires or assigness against all
persons whatsoever shall & will hereafter for Ever warrant
and defend by these presence And y.e said George Green for
himselfe his heires Exect.rs doth covenant & agree to & with
y.e s.d Benja Blackleach his heires or assigness & Every and
Either of them that y.e said Benja Blackleach his heires
or assigness shall & may by vertue of these p.rsents from
time to time and at all times hereafter for Ever Lawfully
peacably & quietly have hold use occupie posses & Injoy
the s.d tenements & parcell of Land with y.e Rights members and
appurtenances before granted bargained & sold & have Receive
and take y.e Issues and profitts to his & their own proper use
& behooffe for Ever without y.e Lett suite trouble or disturbance
of y.e s.d George Green his heires Executors or by his or their
meanes privity or procurement & that free & clear and
freely & clearly acquitted & discharged & at all times hereafter
well & sufficiently saved & kept harmless of & from all
former and other sales gifts grants bargaines & from all
other Incumbrances whatsoever of what nature or qualiity
the same shall or may be The Rents & services now
due or which hereafter shall or may be due to y.e Chieffe
Lord of y.e Fee Excepted & foreprized And further the s.d George
Green his heires Ex.rs shall & will from time to time and
at all times hereafter dureing y.e space of seven yeares
at y.e Request & at y.e cost & charges in y.e Law of y.e
