and Hannah his wife for them selves their heires
Execut.rs doth hereby covenant grant & agree to
& with y.e s.d John Sutton his heires or assigness
that y.e s.d Benjamin Blackleach his heires Execut.rs adm.rs
the said plantation & tract of Land & all &
singular other y.e premisses hereby granted bargained
& sold with y.e apurtenances to y.e
same belonging or appertaining unto him y.e

all persons whatsoever Lawfully claiming by
