442 upon y.e Motion of M.r Michaell & M.r Edward Walnum Executor of Phillip Davis that their may be auditors appointed to settle y.e accounts between them Which this Court doth order & appoint M.r Thomas Smith & M.r Simon Wilmer to be auditors to auditate parfect & adjust y.e accompts between M.r Michaell Miller & M.r Edward Walnum & Susana his wife Executors of Phillip Davis Late of this County deseased & that they make Report of their proceeding y.e second day of y.e next Court Matthew Smith proves an accompt against y.e Estate of John Maconikin for y.e sum of two hundred & Eighty pounds of tobacco Walter Tully Sen.r Engages before this Court that for the Consideration for the keeping in his Custody the Legacy given to John Tully by Robert Chapman to procure & make good unto John Tully son of John Tully deceased one hundred acres of land & one maine to be delivered to y.e s.d John Tully when he shall be at y.e age of twenty one yeares A [illegible] being directed to y.e parties of this Court to Requir of y.e Clarke of this County a Certaine Receipt Remaineing amoungst y.e Records of this County supposed to be passed by one Henry Kennett late of this County deceased to M.r Michaell Miller which s.d Receipt was delivered in order to be Conveyed according to y.e Tennor of y.e s.d writt Char Hynson Clk |
