334 The Sayd third partes of the sayd or Tract of Land to him the Sayd Isaac Bowles and Mary his wife During their naturall lives and affter their decease to Isaac Bowles Jun.r and his Issue lawfully begotten for Ever but if in Case y.t the sayd Bowles and Mary his wife should doe w.thout issue lawfully begotten y.t then the Sayd p.rmisses and Every pte or pcell of them shall revert and fall unto the above s.d John Bowles and Ann his wife to them and their Heires for Ever w.ch sayd three hundred acres of Land is bounded as followeth lying and being in Kent County and in a River call Chester River begining att a marked Redd Oake standing att the head of the of the Eastermost Branch of Thary Creek Runing North & by West three hundred pches to a Marked Hickory Tree standing on a plaine Near one of the branch of Morgans Creek and from the sayd Hickory tree by a line drawn West & by South one hundred and sixty pchs and from the End of the West and by South Lyne drawne South and by East three hundred perches and from the End of the South and by East lyne w.th a Lyne drawn East and by North one hundred and Sixty pces to y.e first bounded Red Oak y.e rent & services w.ch shall become due to y.e Lord or Lords of the fee only Excepted and forprized I Testemony hereoff I doe here unto subscribe my name & fix my seale this seaventh Day of May in the third y.r reign of our sovereign Lord & Lady W.m & Mary by the grace of God of England Scottland France & Ierland King & Queen Deffenders of the faith Anno Domini 1691 sealed & delivered before uss John Bowles (seal) MMiller Richard RB Boyer his Mark |
