318 And for prized and further y.e s.d Archbald doth for himself and his heires Covenant Grant or his assignes and to and Every of them by these p.rsents y.t he y.e sayd Archbald hath full power lawfull and absolute authority to grant the s.d bargained p.rmisses w.ch the appurtenances from him and his Heirs for Ever to him y.e sayd Robert Smith his Heires or assignes for Ever to y.e only proper use and behoofe of him y.t y.e sayd Robert Smith his Heires or Assignes for Ever and further y.e sayd Archbald doth by these p.rsents for himself and his Heires Covenant and agreed by these p.rsents to save defend and keep Hamless the sayd Robert Smith his Heires or his assignes for Ever Ag.st all maner of p.rsons whatsoever y.t shall lawfully Claime any right therunto and him y.e s.d Robert Smith in peacable and quiett possession to maintaine and doe by these p.rsents release all y.e whole Estate right Title and Interest I now have in the affor s.d p.rmisses and pcell of Land and wholy Interest the same in upon y.e sayd Robert Smiths his Heires or assignes for Ever and doe by these p.rsents make Michaell Miller of Kent County Gent to be my lawfull attorney to acknowledg this deed in Kent County Court according to Act of assembly in such Cases made & provided as large and amply as if myself were p.rsonally p.rsent holding from and [illegible] and agreeable what he shall doe therin and doe by these p.rsents binde myself to make any further assurance att any time during the space of seaven y.r none next Ensuing at wittness wheroff wee the pties to these p.rsents have Interchangably sett our hands and fixed our seales this day & year above written sealed and delivered in the p.rsence off William Scott Richard Bishopp |
