Doing there in that which the Justices Apertameth According to the Lawes
Orders & Reasonable Customs of our s.d Province Haveing to the
Amendments and other things to belonging: And therefore Wee Comand
you.r Sheriff of you.r s.e County of Kent: By vertue of the _____sents
that att the Daies afores.d which you or any such Fewer or more of
you as afores.d shall make known to him to give his Attendance on you
And if need Requier to Cause to Come before you or any such fewer or
more of yo.u as Afores.d such & so many Good and Lawfull men of your
County by whome the Truth in the p.rmisses may the better be knowne
enquired of: And further yo.u shall Cause to be brought before you
at the s.d Daise and Plates the the Writts Precipts Proseses and Indictments
to y.e Courtt And Jurisdiction Belonging that y.e same may be Inspected
And by All Due Courss Determined as Afores.d Given att our City
of S.t Maryes under the Great seale of our Province of Maryland
