275 And the said Thomas Seward his heires Executo.rs and Admstrs doth further Covenant for himselfe and every of them by these p.rsent and with the said Phillip Davis his heires and assignes that he the said Thomas Seward his heires Executo.rs and adm.rs the said Houses Lands Tenem.ts and all Other the before bargained p.rmises and every part and parcell thereof with their and every of their appear hear To him the said Phillip Davis his heires and Assignes to the use above menconed against him the said Thomas Seward his heires Executors and Adm.rs and against all other person or persons [illegible] Claiming or to claime every other right title or Interest of In and the Land & p.rmises aforesaid or any part thereof from [illegible] and for either of them or from [illegible] person or persons whatsoever [illegible] Warrant and for [illegible] And that the said Thomas Seward his heires Executo.rs and Admstrs and [illegible] In that any time or times [illegible] of Seaven yeares att the request of the said Phillip Davis [illegible] and all his and their [illegible] proper [illegible] and Charges [illegible] Give make seale and Deliver to the said Phillip Davis his heires and Assignes any [illegible] further & noe other [illegible] [illegible] [illegible] devised or advised and required for no more perfect [illegible] makeing and Conveying in said [illegible] Lands Tenements use p.rmises aforesaid [illegible] said Phillip Davis his and assignes for Ever And lastly the said Thomas Seward doth by these p.rsents [illegible] Ordaine Constitute authorize and appoint |
