M.r Michaell Turbutt Peticons this Court that Thomas Joce may bee depty clarke of this county to officiate the office for him the said Michaell Turbutt This Court Grants M.r Turbutts Peticon the said Thomas Joce to bee depty dureing this Courts Pleasure Thomas Joce Peticon this Court for Renewing his Licence for keepeing ordinary w.ch is Granted the said Joce his Licence bee Renewed Michaell Miller Peticons this court that a Man servant named Israell Beuto belonging unto him and being blinde that hee may bee struck out of the Levy and is Granted by this Court the said Michaell Miller doth Oblidge himselfe to save keepe and bare harmeless this county from all charge of said servant for maintenance as long as said servant serveth M.r John Hinson preferring an accompt to this Court against his servant Elizabeth Robbinson for Runing away Absenting from his service thirty four dayes and account being proved In open court This Court orders that the said servant doe serve according to act of Assembly for such case made and provided |
