by these presents in maner & form following
that is to say that it shall and may be Lawfull
to and for the s.d Andrew Cornelison his heirs
and assignes by force & virtue of these presents
from time to time and at all times for Ever
hereafter Lawfully peacably & quietly to have
hold use occupy possess and Injoy the s.d plantacon
and all and singuler the before granted premisses
w.th there and Every of there rights members and
appurtenenaces with out the Lott such trouble deniall
interuption Eviction or disturbance of the s.d Hugh
Mason or Margret Binham there heirs & assignes
or of any other person or persons whatsoever
Lawfully claiming by from or under him her
them or any of them or by his heirs or there
means act title intrest privity or procurement
and further that he the s.d Hugh Mason & Margrett
Binham ther heirs and assignes and all and Every
of th
em and all and Every other person & persons or
there heirs Lawfully claiming or rightfully pretending
to have or claime or which hereafter shall or may
lawfully have or claime any Estate right title
intrest or demand into or out of the premisses or
any part or parcell of them shall and will from
time to time and at all times dureing the space
of seven yeares next Ensueing the date of these
presents at the reasonable request and at the cost
and charges in the Law of the s.d Andrew Cornelison
Levy Execute & suffer or cause to be made done
performed Leveyed Executed & suffered all and Every
such further act and other Lawfull and other reasonable
act and acts thing and things devise and devises
assurance & assurances conveyance & conveyances in the
Law whatsoever for the further & more perfect and
assuring and suretaking and conveying act and [illegible]
the before hereby granted premisses with there and
Every of there rights members & appurtenances unto
the s.d Andrew Cornelison his heirs & assignes be it
by feoffment or feoffments deeds or deed granted or not
[illegible] release or confirmacon or by any other waise
