        Att a Court held for Kent County ^in the province of Maryland^ at the Court
        house in the Town of Chester in said County on the Seventeenth
        day of August in the Tenth Year of the Dominion of Charles absolute
        Lord and Prop.ry of the provinces of Maryland & Avalon Lord
        Baron of Baltimore &c.a Annoq Dom 1725

Ordered that Sarah Mannen find Security
for her appearance at next Court to answer an Indictment
against her for fellony                      Thereupon

    Thomas Thackston and Nicholas Pindar both of Kent County
Planters and present here in Court in their proper persons &c and each of them
doth acknowledge themselves lost and justly indebted unto the Right Honourable
the Lord Propy of this province in the Sume of Ten pounds Sterl money each
to be made and Leveyed of their Bodys goods and Chattels Lands & Tenements
Conditionally that if Sarah Mannen Shall not make her personal appearance
at the next Court to be held for said County on the third Teusday of November
next Ensueing there to answere to an Indictm.t lying against her for fellony &
Stand & abide the Determination of the same Court thereupon wherewith the
said Thomas & Nicholas are Content

The said Isaack Ashley appearing to Recogniz.ce
taken last Court the same with his Suretys Recogniz.ce
are ordered to be discharged

    Isaac Ashley of Kent County Planter at last Court did Enter into
Recogniz.ce to the Lord propry of this Province in the sume of forty pounds Now
to be leveyed of his goods and Chatels &c.a Conditionally that if he should not make
his personal appearance at the then next Court to be held for said County to answer
unto an Indictm.t ag.t him for felloniously Stealing a wether & in the mean time
to be of good Behaviour, And now here to wit this Seventeenth day of Aug.t
Anno Dom Seventeen hundred & twenty five the day of appearance to said Recog
