Ann Mackneal
Indictm.t felony Issue on y.e County Verdict for his Lordship
But for as much as the Court Doth not think fit to give Judgm.t
on y.e verdict of the Jury they Continue the Same to next Court
untill they have thereon furth.r advised y.e Sher is ordered
to keep the s.d Ann in Safe Custody untill She Shall give good Security for her
appearance to next Court and good behaviour in y.e mean Time

    Thereupon Patrick Mackneal of Kent County Shoemaker present herein
Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself Indebted unto the Right
Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland &c.a in the Sume of
twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his
goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs
and Successors Conditionally that if ^his wife^ Ann Mackneal Shall not make her personal
appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County
afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the Third
Teusday of March next then and there to Stand abide y.e Determination of this ^Court^
and if that in the mean time She Shall not be of good behaviour wherewith the
same Patrick Mackneal Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content
