    Att a Court held for Kent County in the Province of Maryland
at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County
on the twenty first Day of November and Continued the twenty
Second twenty third twenty fourth twenty fifth twenty seventh
twenty Eighth and twenty Ninth Days of the same Month in
the twelfth year of the Dominion of Charles absolute Lord and
proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron
of Baltemore &c Annoq Dom 1727

The afd William Bonner at June Court Last
being the twentieth Day of said Month Anno
Dom seventeen hundred twenty and Seven
Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord Propry of this province
of Maryland in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterl Money of
Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements for the  use of his said Lordship his heirs
and Successors Conditionally that if he should not make
his personall appearance at the then next November Court
to Answer unto what should be objected against him on his
Lordshipps behalf and that in the mean time he be of good behav.r

    And now at this Court here to wit the twenty first Day of
November / the time to which he was bound / Anno Dom Seventeen
hundred twenty and Seven the said William having appeared his
Recognizance is Discharged

    James Smith of Kent County planter at June Court
Last being the twentieth Day of said Month in the Year afd Last
mentioned Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord propry
of this province of Maryland in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling
Money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his goods and
Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his
