August Court 1727 County Innholder and present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his s.d Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Mary Spearman Shall not make her personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for s.d County at the Court house in the Town of Chester on the third Teusday of November next to Answer unto What Shall be objected against her on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time She Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith the s.d John Wilson is Content
present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto y.e Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of y.e s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Mary Wilson Shall not make her personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester on the third Teusday of November next to Answer unto what Shall be objected against her on his Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time She Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith y.e Said John Wilson is Content Ordered by the Court here that Katherine Bullock find Security for her appearance at next Court as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd ^Mary Spearman &^ Mary Wilson Thereupon Bowles Green of Kent County planter and present here in Court in his proper person Acknowledges himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Katherine Bullock Shall not Make her personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester on the third Teusday of November next as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd ^Mary Spearman and^ Mary Wilson wherewith y.e s.d Bowles Green is Content |
