    Att which said third Teusday of Novemb.r being the 17.th Day of s.d Month
Anno Dom. 1724 Cause y.e afd Lord prop.ry by Michael Howard his Clk
of Indictments and the afd John Jones and Thomas Jones nor Either of
them appearing thereupon y.e proceedings afd were ordered to be Continued
untill the third Teusday of March then next following                            also

    Att which said third Teusday of March being the Sixteenth Day of said
Month Anno Dom. 1724 Came y.e afd Lord prop.ry by Michael Howard
his Clerk of Indictments and y.e s.d John Jones and Tho.s Jones nor Either of
them appearing thereupon y.e proceedings afd were Continued untill
the third Teusday of June then next following                            also

    Att which s.d third Teusday of June being the 15.th Day of s.d Month
Anno Dom. 1725 Came against the afd Lord prop.ry by Mich.l Howard his
Clk of Indictments and the s.d John Jones and Tho.s Jones nor Either of
them appearing thereupon y.e proceedings afd were Continued untill
the third Teusday of August then next following                        also

    Att which s.d third Teusday of August being the Seventeenth Day
of said Month Anno Dom. 1725 Came again the afd Lord prop.ry by
Mich.l Howard his Clk of Indictments and the s.d John Jones and
Thomas Jones nor Either of them appearing thereupon y.e proceedings
afd were Continued untill the third Teusday of November then next
following                                                            also

    Att which said third Teusday of November being the Sixteenth Day
of said Month Anno Dom. 1725 Came again the afd Lord prop.ry by
Tench Francis his Clk of Indictments and the s.d John Jones and Tho.s
Jones nor either of them appearing thereupon the afd proceedings
were Continued untill the third Teusday of March then next following        also

    Att which s.d Third Teusday of March being the 15.th Day of said Month
Anno Dom. 1725 Came again the afd Lord prop.ry by Tench Francis his
Clk of Indictments and the s.d John Jones and Thomas Jones nor either of
them appearing thereupon the afd proceedings were Continued untill
the third Teusday of June ^then^ next following                    also

    Att which said third Tuesday of June being the twenty first
