Ordered by the Court that the afd Katherine find
Security for her appearance at next Court to Answer
to an Information for fornication and Good behaviour

and that the Sher of Kent County keep her the s.^d Katherine
in Safe Custody untill She Shall find Security as afd

Thereupon Thomas Jones of Kent County planter and present herein
Court in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself indebted unto the
Right Hon.^ble the Lord prop.^ry of this province of Maryland &c.^a in the
Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made and
Levey'd of his Goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements for y.^e use of
the s.^d Lord prop.^ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the
afd Katherine Banks Shall not make her personal appearance
before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at
the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third
Teusday of August next ensueing to Answer unto an Information
found against her for fornication and if that in the mean time She
the Same Katherine Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith the
Same Thomas Jones Is Content

The Court adjorns till to Morrow Morning Eight of y.^e Clock
