18                                    June Court 1724

pounds Sterling money of great Brittain to be leveyed of his goods and
Chatels Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he Shall not appear at
the next Court to be held for said County on the third teusday of August next
to give Evidence for his Lopp against James Watson on acco.t of assaulting
a Certain Margaret Foreman wherewith the said Joseph is Content.

    Ordered that George Greenwood Enter into Recognizance for
    his appearance next Court as an Evidence ag.t James Watson
    thereupon.

    George Greenwood of Kent County planter present here in Court
in his proper person doth acknowledge herself indebted unto the right
Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland his heires & Successors
in the Sume of five pounds Sterl money of great Brittain to be made
and Leveyed of his goods and Chatels Lands & Tenements Conditionally
that if he Shall not make his personal appearance at the next Court to be
held for said County on the third teusday of August next to give Evidence
for his said Lopp against James Watson on acco.t of assaulting a Certain
Margaret Foreman wherewith the said George is Content.

    Ordered that Margaret Foreman Enter into Recogniz.ce
    for her appearance next Court as prosecutor against James
    Watson  thereupon.

     Margaret Foreman of Kent County Widow present here in
Court in her proper pson doth acknowledge herself indebted unto the Right
Honourable the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland his heires &
Successors in the Sum of five pounds Sterling money of great Britain
to be made of her goods and Chatels Lands & Tenements Conditionaly
that if She Shall not make her personal appearance at the next Court
to be held for said County on the third teusday of August next as prosecuted
for his said Lopp ag.t James Watson on acco:t of assaulting her the said
Margaret wherewith the s.d Margaret is Content.

The Court adjorns to Court in Course.
