160                                    March Court 1725

Day & year last Said that he hath Executed the s.d Judgment and also hath
here the s.d Thomas Winn before the Court

    James Watson of Kent County planter Comes into Court upon his
Corporal oath Administered to him on the holy Evangilist of Almighty
God proves that he has attended this Court one Day as an Evidence for
his Lordship ag.st the afd Tho.s Winn being thereto Lawfully Summon'd
Whereupon the s.d Tho.s Winn is ordered to pay y.e Sume of thirty
pounds of Tob.o to y.e afd Ja.s Watson for his attend.c afd according
to Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided

    Ordered by the Court here that the Sher of Kent County keep
him the s.d Thomas Winn in Safe Custody untill he Shall Satisfie
the four fould on Value thereof amounting to Six Shill.s Curr.t
money of Maryland and the Sume of Eleven hundred and
ninety one pounds of Tobacco Costs Accrueing on y.e Indictment
afd

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Thomas Winn Enter into
Recognizance with Good security for his appearance & Good behav.r
a next Court and that the Sher of Kent County keep him the s.d
Thomas in Safe Custody untill he Shall Enter as afd

    The Court adjorns till to Morrow Morning at Eight of y.e Clock
