105 the afd Isaac Ashley being thereto Lawfully Sumoned Whereupon the said Isaac Ashley is Ordered to pay unto the s.d Elizabeth Canady the Sume of four hundred and twenty pounds of Tobacco for her Attendance as afd according to Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided Thomas Underhill Comes into Court upon his Corporal Oath Administered to him on the holy Evangilists of Almighty God proves that he hath attended this Court for the Space of fourteen Days as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Isaac Ashley being thereto Lawfully Sumoned Whereupon the said Isaac Ashley is ordered to pay unto the said Thomas Underhill the Sume of four hundred and twenty pounds of Tobacco for his Attendance as afd According to Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided Richard Willis Comes into Court upon his Corporal Oath Administered to him on the holy Evangilists of Almighty God proves that he hath attended this Court for the Space of fourteen Days as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Isaac Ashley being thereto Lawfully Sumoned Whereupon the said Isaac Ashley is ordered to pay unto the s.d Richard Willis in the Sume of four and twenty pounds of Tobacco for his Attendance as afd according to Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided George Hanson Comes into Court upon his Corporal Oath Administered to him on the holy Evangilists of Almighty God proves that he hath Attended this Court for the Space of Six Days as an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd Isaac Ashley being thereto Lawfully Sumoned Whereupon the said Isaac Ashley is Ordered to pay unto the said George Hanson the Sume of one hundred and Eighty pounds of Tob.o for his Attendance as afd According to Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided Ordered by the Court here that the Sherf of Kent County keep the Said Isaac Ashley in Safe Custody untill he Shall Satisfie the four fould and Restore the thing itself or the Sume of ^ in y.e whole^ amounting to one pound ten Shill.s Curr.t money and the Sume of three thousand Nine hundred and thirty pounds of Tobacco Costs Accrueing on the Indictment afd |
