building of offices for Tobacco Dealers on the vacant grounds
owned by the state on Dugan's and O'Donnel's wharves in
the city of Baltimore;
    25.  A resolution requiring the return into the Armoury
at Annapolis, of certain arms now in the possession of John
S. Purnell and Isaac Covington, of Worcester county;
    26.  A resolution in favor of Edward Smith, of Dorchester
county;
    27.  A resolution directing one set of the acts of Congress
to be furnished by the State Librarian to the Adjutant General;
    28.  A resolution in favor of the trustees of the New Market
Academy, in Dorchester county;
    29.  A resolution in favor of Mary Simpson, widow of
the late Rezin Simpson, who was a pensioner of the state;

    37.  A resolution in favor of the securities of Thomas Pollard,
late sheriff of Allegany county;
    38.  A resolution with its preamble, requiring the Register
of the Land Office for the Western Shore, to take charge
of certain books and papers of the late Auditor General's
Office, deposited in the Council Chamber;
    39.  A resolution for commemorating the birth of the illustrious
Washington;
    40.  Resolutions relative to the printed copies of the journals
of proceedings of the Legislature, sent to the offices of
