CHAP. 171.
Compensation
|
any, to the register of wills for said county, whose
duty it shall be to record the same.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the commissioners
above named, or a majority of whom so attending,
shall each be entitled to the sum of two dollars per
diem, for each and every day they shall be engaged in
the performance of the duties required of them by this
act, to be paid by the orphans' court, out of any un-
appropriated money which may now or hereafter come
into their hands for the purposes of education, and for
the use of the upper district of said county, any law to
the contrary notwithstanding.

An act to divorce Mary Woods, of Frederick county,
from her husband Michel Woods.

Divorce
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Mary Woods, of Frederick county,
be and she is hereby divorced from bed, board and mu
tual cohabitation with her husband Michtel Woods.
|

|
Claims annuled
|
SEC 2. And be it enacted, That the said Michsel
Woods shall not be liable for any debt to be hereafter
contracted by the said Mary Woods, nor be entitled to
any property or estate she may now possess or hereaf-
ter acquire, nor shall she the said Mary Woods be enti-
tled to any property or estate which he may hereafter
acquire.

Divorce.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Benjamin W. Bacon, of the city of Baltimore,
be and he is hereby divorced from his wife Prudence
Bacon, a vinculo matrimonii.
