104 ~  [12 December 1695]  Order to build prison house at Dividing Creek.

  Ordered that the Prison house now to be built on the Court house land be built fifteen feet in length & twelve feet in breadth and that Maj. Wm Whittington be allowed out of the County Levy this year two thousand pounds of tobacco toward building the same.
