to kill deer in Garrett County, Maryland, beginning with the
passage of this Act and ending on the thirty-first day of Octo-
ber, 1922.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any person or per-
sons who shall kill a deer in Garrett County, on or before the
31st day of October, 1922, shall be deemed guilty of a mis-
demeanor, and upon conviction before a Justice of the Peace
or the Circuit Court for Garrett County, shall be confined, in
the Garrett County Jail, or sentenced to the House of Correc-
tion for a period not less than sixty days or more than one year.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts, inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, are here-
by repealed.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall go into effect
from the first day of June, 1916.

CHAPTER 11.
AN ACT to repeal Section 37 of Article 12 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title Garrett County, sub-title, County Com-
missioners, as said section was amended and re-enacted by
Chapter 475 of the Acts of 1890, and said section was re-
pealed and re-enacted with amendments by the Act passed
at January Session 1904, Chapter 540, and said section
was repealed and re-enacted with amendments by the Act
passed at January Session 1906, Chapter 21, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 37 of Article 12, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title Garrett County, sub-title, County Com-
missioners, as amended and re-enacted by Chapter 475 of the
Acts of 1890, and as said section was repealed and re-enacted
with amendments by the Acts passed at January Session 1904,
Chapter 540, and the said section was repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments by the Act passed at January Session 1906,
Chapter 21, be and the same is hereby repealed, so as to read
as follows:
37. That at the general election of county officers of Gar-
rett County, to be held in said county. November, 1917, and
