nary Surgeons because of inability to take the prescribed exami-
nation by reason of defective eye-sight, because of a cataract of
both eyes, and
WHEREAS, The said John P. Lee has now recovered his sight;
therefore,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the State Veterinary Medical Board be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to examine John P. Lee as
to his qualifications to practice Veterinary Medicine and Sur-
gery, and if the said John P Lee pass said examination to the
satisfaction of said Board, then the said Board is hereby au-
thorized and directed to issue to the said John P. Lee a certifi-
cate entitling him to practice veterinary medicine and surgery
in the State of Maryland, subject, however, to the same rules
and regulations as are other duly licensed practitioners of vet-
erinary medicine and surgery.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 66.
AN ACT to authorize, empower and direct the County Commis-
sioners of Charles County to levy at their next levy, a sum of
money to the use of Harry C. Chappelear, paid by the said
Harry C. Chappelear, into the Treasury of Charles County,
in error.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Charles County, Mary-
land, be and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed
to levy at the next levy the sum of thirty dollars and thirty-one
cents to the use of Harry C. Chappelear, paid by the said Harry
C. Chappelear into the Treasury of Charles County, in error.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
