the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 2761,
folio 227, etc.; (c) Deed from Mary C. Schone to said The Elec-
tors of the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, bearing date the
23rd day of August, 1912, and being recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore Citv in Liber SCL No. 2761, folio 230,
etc.; (d) Deed from J. Harmon Schone and wife, to said The
Electors of the Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, bearing date
the 22nd day of August, 1912, and being recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 2761, folio
231, etc.

(32) To sundry gifts, bequests and devises under the last
will and testament of Eliza Andrews, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, dated June 22nd, 1904; (a) to the pastor of St.
Mary's Church, Norfolk, Virginia, at the time of her death;
(b) to Monsignor Denis O'Connell, formerly pastor of the
Catholic University, now Bishop of Richmond; (c) to the St.
Mary's Female Orphan Asylum; (d) to the Sisters of St.
Francis, of St. Joseph's Hospital; (e) to the House of the Good
Shepard of the City of Baltimore; (f) to the St. Elizabeth's
Home of Baltimore City; (g) to the "Mission Helpers;" (h) to
the Little Sisters of the Poor; (i) to the Associated Professors
of Loyola College in the City of Baltimore; (j) to the St. Vin-
cent's Hospital, Norfolk, Virginia; (1) to the Most Reverend
James Cardinal Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Balti-
more for the time being, and his successors in the Archepiscopal
See of Baltimore, according to the discipline and government of
the Roman Catholic Church.

(33) To the bequests and devises contained in the last will
and testament of John E. Toole, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, dated October 27th, 1910, to "The Protectors of St.
Mary's Orphaline Female School in the City of Baltimore,"
sometimes called "St. Mary's Female Orphan Asylum," and
now located at Roland Park, Baltimore County, Maryland, and
its successors absolutely.

(34) To the gifts, bequests and devises under the last will
and testament of George L. Herbert, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, dated December 21st, 1904, to the Vestry of St. Luke's
Church.

(35) To the bequests under the last will and testament of
Annie O. Sprigg, deceased, to wit: all the rest and residue of
the estate of said Annie O. Sprigg, deceased, of every kind, to
