of the eighty-first Article of the Public General Laws, relat-
ing to the fixing of the commission of executors, and to taxing
the same.
19. An act to repeal sections four hundred and eighty-six,
four hundred and eighty-seven, four hundred and eighty-eight,
four hundred and ninety, four hundred and ninety-one, four
hundred and ninety-two and four hundred and ninety-three
of Article four of Public Local Laws, relative to the inspection
and measurement of manure.
20. An act to continue the charter of the Pipe Greet Bene-
volent Society.
21 An act to ratify an amendment to the Constitution of
the United States of America, proposed by Congress to the
Legislatures of the several States.
22. An act for the more certain and speedy apprehension of
slaves who may run away from Worcester county.
23. An act to appropriate a sum of money for the redemp-
tion and repayment of unused stamps, and to authorize the
Comptroller to redeem the same.
24. An act to repeal an act to authorize the opening of a
public road in Howard and Montgomery, counties, passed
March the second, eighteen hundred and sixty.
25. An act to change the name of Charles Louis Durocher
McLaughlin to Charles Louis Durocher.
26. An act to change the name of William Columbus
Brookbank, of Charles county, to William Columbus Jones.
27. An act to change the name of Mary Brittingham to
that of Mary Sterling.
28. An act to incorporate the Maryland Corn and Flour
Exchange.
29. An act to ratify the. purchase and to provide for the
organization and government of Druid Hill Park and Patter-
son Park, belonging to the city of Baltimore, by incorporating
certain additional sections in Article four of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws.
30. An act to repeal the second and third sections of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Montgomery county, entitled,
"Almshouse," and to enact in lieu thereof the following sec-
tions, providing for the annual election of Trustees of the
Poor, and for other purposes.
