No. 402. An act to provide for the succession of the Hagers-
town Academy.
No. 403. An act supplementary to an act passed at Decem-
ber session eighteen hundred and forty-six, chapter three hun-
dred and forty-seven, entitled, a supplement to an act, enti-
tled, an act for the relief of Passmore McCullough of Anne
Arundel county, passed December session eighteen hundred
and sixty-three, chapter one hundred and eighty-eight.
No. 404. An act to incorporate the Hagerstown Stage Com-
pany for th purpose of running a line of stages from Frede-
rick city through Hagerstown to Hancock and other points.
No. 405. An act to establish a uniform system of contract-
ing for printing of all such matter pertaining to, and for the
use of the Legislature of the State of Maryland, and for
Constitutional State Convention
No. 406. An act appropriating money to pay the claims of
William Schley, Henry W. Archer and Thomas G. Pratt,
for professional services rendered the State.
No. 407. An act to refund to Joseph C. White a sum of
money erroneously paid into the State Treasury.
No. 408. An act to repeal section one hundred and fifteen,
section one hundred and twenty, section one hundred and
twenty-one, section one hundred and twenty-two and section
one hundred and twenty-three of Article eighty-one of the
Code of Public General Laws entitled, Revenues and Taxes,
and relating to tax on commissions of trustees and receivers.
