School District number fifty-nine, of Frederick county, to hold
certain real estate heretofore conveyed by Cordelia H: Downey
for the use of a Public School.
No. 204. An act to add new sections to Article twelve of
the Code of Public Local Laws for Harford county, relating
to fences.
No. 205. An act to refund to Ambrose A. White and Fran-
cies W. Elder, parties trading in the city of Baltimore, under
the name of White and Elder, and George R. Hyland-, and
D. C. Woods, certain sums of money erroneously paid into
the Treasury of this State by the said parties.
No. 206. An act to prohibit the granting of licenses for the
sale of spirituous or fermented liquors, or lager beer at or near
Woodberry Factory, in Baltimore county.
No. 207. An act supplemental to an act of the General As-
sembly of Maryland entitled, an act to authorize the persons
herein named to build a Methodist Meeting House on the
public grounds in Chestertown, in Kent county passed at
November session of eighteen hundred and one.
No. 208. An act to allow Josiah Kerr late Sheriff of Dor-
chester county further time to complete his collection of fees.
No. 209. An act to release from the payment of interest,
the sureties on the official bond of the late Joseph H. Cook-
sey, late Clerk for Charles county, in the years eighteen hun-
dred and fifty-eight and eighteen hundred and fifty-nine.
No. 210. An act to authorize the Commissioners of Balti-
more county to pay such sum as shall be necessary to supply
the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore county with
Record Books, and to levy therefor.
No. 211. An act to repeal the fourth section of the act of
Assembly of eighteen hundred and fifty-three, chapter one
hundred and thirty-eight entitled, an act to amend the char-
ter of the Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad
Company, so as to authorize and empower the said company
to build a bridge over the Susquehanna river at or near
Havre De Grace.
No. 212. An act to authorize the Trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church in the East Baltimore Station, to sell and
convey certain real estate in the city of Baltimore.
No. 213. An act to provide for the completion of the Hos-
pital for the Insane in this State, and for its speedy occupa-
tion.
