CHAPTER 355.

AN ACT to amend and re-enact section two hun-
dred and twenty-seven of the twenty-first Article
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled,
"Washington County," relating to the per diem
of Judges of the Orphans' Court.

Am ended and
re-enacted

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the two hundred and twenty-
seventh section of Article twenty-first, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, entitled, "Washington
County," and relating to the per diem of Judges
of the Orphans' Court, be amended and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:

Per diem.

227. The per diem of each Judge of the
Orphans' Court for said county shall be three
dollars for each day's service.

In force.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

 

CHAPTER 356.

10, 1864.

AN ACT to revive the Act of Incorporation of the
town of Salisbury, in Somerset and Worcester
counties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the act of incorpora-
tion of the town of Salisbury, in Somerset and
Worcester counties, be and the same is hereby re-
vived and made as effectual, to all intents and pur-
poses, as if the said act of incorporation had not
expired.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the provisions of
said act, contained in sections one hundred and
