jutant General's office and for the maintenance, equipment and
discipline of the land force of the militia, duly organized as
prescribed by said Acts of Assembly, the sum of seventy thou-
sand dollars; for the maintenance, equipment and discipline of
the first naval battalion, duly organized as prescribed by said
Acts of Assembly, the sum of ten thousand dollars.
REFORMATORY AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS.
To the Maryland School for Boys, twenty thousand dollars,
for maintenance, together with the further sum of seven thou-
sand five hundred dollars for buildings; to the Female House
of Refuge, six thousand dollars; to the House of Reformation
and Instruction for Colored Children, the sum of ten thousand
dollars; to the Managers of the Maryland Hospital for the In-
sane, the sum of seventy-one thousand dollars; to the Hospital
for the Negro Insane, the sum of ten thousand dollars; to the
Deaf and Dumb Asylum at Frederick, for the education of the
deaf and dumb, the sum of thirty-two thousand dollars for
maintenance, together with the further sum of five thousand
dollars for buildings; to the Maryland School for the Blind,
for the education of the deaf and dumb and blind colored chil-
dren of the State, the sum of ten thousand dollars; to the
Maryland Asylum and Training School for the Feeble Minded,
the sum of forty-five thousand dollars; to the Springfield State
Hospital for the Insane of the State of Maryland, the sum of
one hundred and thirty thousand dollars; and to the Mary-
land Tuberculosis Sanatorium, the sum of one hundred thou-
sand dollars.
MISCELLANEOUS.
To the State Vaccine Agent, for his salary, six hundred dol-
lars, and to defray the expenses of procuring reliable vaccine
virus, two thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be nec-
essary; to the members of the Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore
City, for making out the list of holders of Baltimore City stock,
fifty dollars each, one hundred and fifty dollars; to the Regis-
ter of Baltimore City, for collecting the State tax on Baltimore
City stock, three hundred dollars; to the Secretary 5f the Sen-
ate and Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates, for salaries dur-
ing the recess of the Legislature, three hundred dollars each,
six hundred dollars; for printing the annual report of the
Comptroller of the Treasury for the fiscal year 1910, the sum
of one thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary ; for repairs to public buildings and grounds in the City of
Annapolis, the sum of four thousand dollars, or so much thereof
as may be necessary, said sum to be expended by and under the
