PUBLIC PRINTER.
CHAPTER 698.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 78 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Public Printer,"
to follow Section 6, and to be known as Section 7, providing
for the use of a union label on printing done under said
title.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 78 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
title "Public Printer," to follow Section 6, and to be known as
Section 7, and to read as follows:
SEC. 7. On and after the passage of this Act the "Public
Printer" shall cause to be affixed to all public printing pro-
vided for in this title the union label recognized by the organi-
zation known as the International Typographical Union.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 250.
AN ACT to provide for the issue of six hundred thousand dol-
lars ($600,000) of the State of Maryland bonds for the pur-
pose of erection and construction of additional buildings at
the Springfield State Hospital at Sykesville; at the Mary-
land Hospital for the Insane at Catonsville; and at the
Maryland Asylum and Training School for Feeble-Minded
at Owings Mills, and for the purchase of land and the erec-
tion and construction of buildings for the negro insane, and
to provide for a Sinking Fund for the payment of the said
