SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

CHAPTER 389.
AN ACT to provide for the extension of the charter and cor-
porate existence of the Liberty and Frederick Turnpike Road
Company, a's incorporated by Chapter 252 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, session of 1860, entitled An
Act to incorporate a company to build a turnpike road from
Libertytown, in Frederick county, to interest the Woodsboro
and Frederick turnpike road at or near the Monocacy bridge,
and as amended by a supplemental Act, Chapter 230 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, session of 1867,
and Chapter 37 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, session of 1868, and Chapter 371 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, session of 1908.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the charter and corporate existence of the Liberty
and Frederick Turnpike Road Company, which was incor-
porated by the General Assembly of Maryland by Chapter 252,
session of 1860, and as amended by a supplemental Act, Chap-
ter 230 of the Acts of the General. Assembly of Maryland,
session of 1867, and Chapter 37 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, session of 1868, and Chapter 371 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, session of
1908, be and the same are hereby extended and continued in
force, with all rights, powers, privileges and immunities, the
same as contained in said charter as granted by the said
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, for a further
period of time from the date March 10, in the year 1912, until
the date March 10, in the year 1932.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted further. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 377.
AN ACT to refund to Charles O'Donnell Lee a sum of money
paid in error to the State Treasurer.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller is hereby directed to issue his war-
rant upon the Treasurer, payable to Charles O'Donnell Lee, for
the amount of twenty-five dollars, said amount having been
paid by him to the County Treasurer of Frederick county as
