LAWS OF MARYLAND.

of the Presbyterian church in the United, States
of America contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Caroline Gould, late of Baltimore city,
deceased, which has been duly admitted to pro-
bate and recorded in the orphans' court of

Bequest.

Baltimore city ; thirty first, to the sale, grant
and conveyance to the " Woodstock College of
Baltimore County," a corporation duly incor-
porated under an act of the General Assembly
of Maryland, of certain property, tracts or par-
cels of land lying in Baltimore county, and par-
ticularly described and referred to in a deed
from Angelus M. Paresce, Chas. F. King and
James T. Tehan, to the Woodstock College, of
Baltimore county, dated the seventh day of
March, Anno Domini eighteen hund red and sixty-
eight, and recorded among the land records of
Baltimore county in liber E. H. A., number fifty-
seven, folio four hundred and seventy-eight, &c.,
and more fully described in two deeds to the
said Angelus M. Paresce, Charles F. King and
James T. Tehan, one from Tagart and Donald-
son, trustees, and Blunt and wife, dated the

Bequest

twenty-fourth day of January, Anno Domini
eighteen hundred and sixty-six, and recorded
among the said land records in liber J. H. L.,
number forty-seven, folio two hundred and
seventy-nine, &c., and the other of said two
deeds from Joshua F. Cockey and wife, dated
the thirteenth day of April, Anno Domini
eighteen hundred and sixty-six, and recorded
among said land records in liber J. H. L., num-
ber forty-eight, folio five hundred and seven-
teen, &c. ; thirty-second, to the sale, grant
and conveyance to "The Woodstock Col-
lege of Baltimore County," a corporation duly
incorporated as above set forth, of certain prop-
erty, tracts or parcels of land lying in Baltimore
county and particularly described or referred to
in two deeds from Thomas A. Wheelan and wife

Bequest.

to said body corporate, one dated the twelfth
day of March, Anno Domini eighteen hundred
and eighty-one, and recorded among the land
records of Baltimore county in liber W. M. I.,
number one hundred and twenty-one, folio two
hundred and sixty-five, &c., and the other dated
the twenty-eighth day of May, Anno Domini
