LAWS OF MARYLAND.

thirty-seven, belonging to Caroline Harbaugh and sister, run-
ning thence with said lot number thirty-seven, north forty-six
degrees, east fifty feet, thence north forty-five and one-half
degrees, west thirty-two feet, south forty-six degrees, west fifty
feet to the street leading to Waynesboro, then with said street
south forty-five and one-half degrees, east thirty-two feet to the
place of beginning, containing sixteen hundred square feet
of land, "and by the conditions of said deed," to be improved,
enjoyed or used for a church or other house of worship, and if
the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland be obtained,
then in fee simple for any purpose whatsoevei.

Seventy -eighth. To the sale and conveyance to the African
Methodist Episcopal Ebenezer Church of the city of Baltimore,
in the city and precincts of Baltimore, of a certain lot of
ground mentioned and described in a deed from Rebecca
arroll Spence und Carroll Spence, her husband, to the African
Methodist Episcopal Ebenezer Church of the city of Baltimore,
dated the fifth day of September, eighteen hundred and ninety-
two, and recorded in the land records of Baltimore city in
Liber J. B., No. 1457, folio 167, &c., and full power is hereby
given to said "The African Methodist Episcopal Ebenezer
Church in Baltimore city and precincts of Baltimore, to sell,
mortgage or in any other manner to dispose of said lot of
ground."

Seventy-ninth. To the bequests made by Grexine Henry,
late of the city of Philadelphia, Pa., deceased, to the Bucking-
ham Presbyterian Church at Belair, Maryland, and the trustees
or officers of said church be and they are hereby empowered
and authorized to receive the said bequests and to hold the
same subject to the provisions of said last will and testament.

Eightieth. To the bequest contained in the last will and
testament of Margaret H. Pritchard, late of Cecil county,
Maryland, deceased, said will being dated in May, eighteen
hundred and eighty-nine, to St. Mary Anne's or North Elk
Parish.

Eighty-first. To a deed from August H. Lange and Gustav
C. Grolock to the Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church of Bal-
timore city, dated the sixteenth day of March, eighteen ninety-
