LAWS OF MARYLAND.

city of Baltimore, dated the seventeenth day of April, eighteen
hundred and seventy-two; fifth, an assignment from the Trus-
tees of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Franklin Street
Station in the city of Baltimore to the Trustees of the Sharp
Street Station of the Methodist Episcopal Church in the city
of Baltimore, dated the twenty-eighth day of October, eighteen
hundred and seventy -four; sixth, a mortgage dated the twenty-
eighth day of October, eighteen hundred and seventy-six,
from the Trustees of the Sharp Street Station of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church in the city of Baltimore to William H.
H. Raleigh; seventh, an assignment from the Trustees of the
Sharp Street Station of the Methodist Episcopal Church in
the city of Baltimore to the Trustees of St. Paul's Methodist
Episcopal Church, located on Saratoga street in the city of
Baltimore, dated the eighth day of June, eighteen hundred
and eighty-one; and eighth, an assignment dated the twenty-
sixth day of December, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven,
from the Trustees of St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church
in the city of Baltimore to the aforesaid Charles Shipley; all
of which deeds, mortgages, assignments, bonds of assignments
or conveyances of any kind whatsoever are duly of record
among the land records of Baltimore city; and the consent
and sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland is hereby
given, granted and declared to the several acquisitions by the
religious denominations, sects, orders or corporations herein
named at any time hereafter, whether by gift, grant, devise or
otherwise, of the several titles to the aforesaid two lots or
parcels of ground in which they are respectively entitled to a
leasehold interest, unless when a fee simple title, by virtue of
the several deeds, bonds, mortgages and assignments aforesaid,
and by virtue of the sanction of the first clause of this decla-
ration given.

To bequest in
will of M. J.
Staylor.

Seventy-second. To the bequest contained in the last will
and testament of Mary J. Staylor, late of Baltimore city,
deceased, recorded in the office of the register of wills of
Baltimore city, in Wills, Liber T. W. M,, No. 71, folio 170, of
the sum of two hundred dollars to the Rev. John D. Marr, of
St. John's Catholic Church, corner of Valley and Eager
streets, in the city of Baltimore.

Seventy-third. To a deed dated the twentieth day of Febru-
ary, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, and duly recorded
among the land records of Baltimore city, from the Trustees of
Union Square Station of the Methodist Episcopal Church, in
