Various gifts,
bequests,
etc.,
sanctioned.

30. To the sale of fifty-five square perches of land made
by Guy W. Steele, Francis Neal Parks and Thomas A.
Murray, trustees, to Philip S. Lee. Joseph T. Harris, Wash-
ington I. Ridgley and Thomas A. Barnes, trustees of Wesley
Chapel of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the United
States, which land is situated near Freedom, in Carroll
county, Maryland, and is fully described in a deed thereof
dated December 21, 1905, and recorded in the land records
of Carroll county, in Liber D. P. S. No. 103, folio 73, etc.

To the certain gifts and devises contained in the last will
and testament of Elizabeth Jane Baile, late of Carroll
county, Maryland, deceased, dated June 25, 1901, and
recorded in the office of the register of wills for Carroll
county, in Liber J. B. B. No. 9, folio 60, etc., to wit :

31. To the ground rent described in "Item 1" of said
will and testament devised to the trustees of the Evangelical
Lutheran Congregation of Winter's Church, generally known
and so described in said "Item 1 " as St. Luke's Evangel-
ical Lutheran Church (Winter's) of New Windsor, Carroll
county, Maryland.
32. To the ground rent described in " Item 2 " of said
will and testament devised under said " Item 2 " to New
Windsor Presbyterian Church, at New Windsor, Carroll
county, Maryland.
33. To the legacy of five thousand dollars, a bookcase
and certain books given and bequeathed by the tenth item
of the last will and testament of Goldsborough S. Griffith,
late of Baltimore city, in the State of Maryland, deceased, to
the Maryland Sunday School Union, the said will having
been duly probated and recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills for Baltimore city in wills liber S. R. M. — B. E.
S. No. 92, folio 515.

34. To the gift of a certain lot of ground in Baltimore city
from Robert S. Carswell and wife to the vestry of the Church
of the Atonement, recorded among the land records of Balti-
more city in Liber R. O. No. 1743, folio 167, etc.
35. To the purchase by the vestry of the Church of the
Atonement of the two following lots, each from Emily Lusby
to the vestry of the Church of the Atonement, one recorded
in Liber R. O. No. 2123, folio 331, etc., and the other
recorded in Liber R. O. No. 2147, folio 175, etc., land
records of Baltimore city.
