more, Maryland, under the last will and testament of Elizabeth
E. Ferry, late of Baltimore city, deceased, said will bearing
date March 14, 1898, and admitted to probate in the Orphans'
Court for Baltimore City on June 26, 1900.
Thirty-Second. To the bequest of a sum of money under
the will of Amanda Sherlock, late of Baltimore city, deceased,
to the Home Missionary Society of the Westminster Presby-
terian Church of Baltimore, the body corporate entitled to
receive and hold said bequest, being "The Westminster Presby-
terian Congregation in the city of Baltimore, Maryland;"
said will bearing date December 5, 1901, and probated in the
Orphans' Court for Baltimore City on February 28, 1901.
Thirty-Third. To a deed from Archibald Stirling to the
minister and acting committee of the Colored People's First
Baptist Church in the city of Baltimore, said deed bearing
date June 14, 1866, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore city in Liber A. M. No. 322, folio 477, etc.; and
also to the deed from the trustees of the Colored People's
First Baptist Church in the city of Baltimore to Henry F.
Miller, dated July 14, 1881, and recorded among the Land
Records aforesaid in Liber F. A. P. No. 904, folio 344, etc.
Thirty-Fourth. To a deed from Helena Keyser and Solo-
mon Keyser, her husband, et al., to the First German Baptist
Church of Baltimore, said deed bearing date December 10,
1901, and. recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
city in Liber R. O. No. 1934, folio 193, etc.
Thirty-Fifth. To a deed from Frank J. Eastwood and Mary
F. Eastwood, his wife, to the First German Baptist Church of
Baltimore, said deed bearing date December 27, 1901, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore city in Liber
R. O. No. 1937, folio 83, etc.
Thirty-Sixth. To the sales, grants and conveyances to the
trustees of the Sharp Street Station of the Methodist Episcopal
Church in the city of Baltimore of all those lots of ground
situate in said city of Baltimore, and particularly described in
two deeds to said trustees, etc., to wit: One from Susan R.
Lawrence and Mortimer R. Lawrence, her husband, dated
May 30, 1896, recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
city in Liber R. O. No. 1623, folio 125 ; and one from John
H. Smith, dated February 15, 1898, of record among said Land
Records in Liber R. O. No. 1719, folio 423.
Thirty-Seventh. To the sale, grant and conveyance to the
African Methodist Bethel Church of the City of Baltimore,
a body corporate, of that lot of ground situate in Baltimore
city aforesaid and described in a deed from Fanny Pentz (a
