CHAP. 60.

CHAPTER 50.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 134 of the Acts of eighteen
hundred and eighteen, entitled "A Supplement to the Act
of 1798, Chapter 30," and to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Chapter 30 of the Acts of 1798, entitled "An
Act to incorporate the Baptist Church in the city of Balti-
more."
SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repeal.

Maryland, That section 10 of chapter 30 of the Acts of
seventeen hundred and ninety-eight, entitled "An Act to
incorporate the Baptist Church in the city of Baltimore," be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, so as to read
as follows :
Section 10. That the said corporation shall be able and

capable hereafter to purchase, receive, hold and enjoy any
estate, real, personal or mixed, not exceeding three hundred
thousand dollars, including whatever they may now hold.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any Acts,

Repeal

amendments or laws heretofore enacted inconsistent herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 51.

AN ACT to give the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the grant and conveyance of a
parcel of land as described in the deed from John Glenn,
Jr. et al. to the St. Paul's Reformed Church (English) of
Baltimore city, dated December 20, 1901, and recorded in
Liber R. O. No. 1937, folios 105, etc., one of the Land
Records of Baltimore city, and in the deed from Ambrose
R. EL Ranson and wife to same grantee, dated June 16,
1899, and recorded in Liber R. O. No. 1794, folio 171, etc.,
one of the Land Records of Baltimore city ; and also in
the further deed from John Glenn, Jr. et al. to same grantee,
dated June 13, 1899, and recorded in Liber R. O. No.
1794, folios 169, etc., one of the Land Records of Baltimore
city.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the General
