bequests,
etc., sanc-
tioned.

Seventy-first. To the devise and bequest contained in the
last will and testament of Michael Dansch, late of Baltimore
city, deceased, to James Gibbons, Archbishop of Baltimore, at
the time of the death of the said Michael Dausch, for the
benefit of the charitable institutions of the Roman Catholic
Faith, in the city of Baltimore and State of Maryland.
Seventy-second. To the bequest of George W. Bailey, in his
last will and testament, to the Convention of the Protestant
Episcopal Church, in the Diocese of Easton, as trustee for
Pocomoke Parish; and also the bequest under the last will
and testament of said George W. Bailey to the said Conven-
tion, as trustee for Wicomico Parish.

Seventy-third. To a deed in fee simple from William B.
Whiteside and wife to the Boundary Avenue Presbyterian
Church, of the city of Baltimore, of certain real estate in said
city of Baltimore, now known as No. 1818 St. Paul street,
said deed bearing date the first day of May, eighteen hundred
and ninety-five, and recorded among the land records of Balti-
more city, in Liber J. B. No. 1536J folio 350.
Seventy-fourth. To the following leases and deeds to and for
the use of the First German Baptist Church of Baltimore :
(1) An assignment by John G. Dieter of all that lot of ground
on the east side of Caroline street, in the city of Baltimore,
described in a deed from said Dieter to the said church, re-
corded among the land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J.
B. No. 1237. folio 283, &c. (2) To an assignment from
George R. Willis and others, receivers, to the said church of
all that lot of ground on the west side of Chester street, in the
city of Baltimore, described in a deed from the said Willis
and others, receivers, to the said church, recorded among the
land records of Baltimore city, in Liber J. B. No. 1523, folio
29, &c. (3) To a deed in fee simple from Thomas W. Morse
and wife to Gustave Burger and others, trustees, for the sole
benefit and advantage of the aforesaid First German Baptist
Church of Baltimore, of all that lot of ground described in a
deed from the said Thomas W. Morse and wife to said trustees,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore city, in
Liber A. M. No. 329, folio 13, &c.
Seventy-fifth. To the bequest of five hundred dollars under
the will of Alexander A. Elder, deceased, to John Miller,
Jacob B. Hamphire, John E. Bull, Charles S. Kidd and Steven
B. Miller, trustees of the Middletown Methodist Episcopal
Church, for the uses of said church, subject to the provi-
sions of said will.
