STAFF NOTES

Program 1.

Genevieve Rehn who came to the Hall of Records in April 1962 as
Stenographer-Accounting was transferred to Program 3 as a Senior
Clerk and resigned that position on August 28 of the same year. When
Mrs. Rehn left Program 1, she was replaced by Anna W. Hantske.
Helen H. Kilborn who became Stenographer-Secretary in April 1962,
resigned January 1,1963 but returned to our staff on February 13,1963.

Program 2.

We were very fortunate that in Program 2, Archival Administra-
tion, where experience with the records is of prime importance, we
had no resignations during the year. There was one change of name;
Lois G. Clark became Lois G. Carr.

Program 3.

There were the usual number of changes in the lower paying
grades of Program 3. Mercedita Ramirez after less than a year with us
resigned as Senior Clerk August 20, 1962. She was replaced by Gene-
vieve Rehn, a transfer from Program 1, who resigned in turn after a
few months. Frances K. Webster was appointed to replace her. Mary
E. Martin, Principal Stenographer, resigned August 20, 1962 and was
immediately replaced by Elizabeth Kimpton.
