AN ACT concerning

State Board of Waterworks and Waste Systems Operators

FOR the purpose of continuing the State Board of Waterworks and Waste Systems
Operators in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation
Act (Sunset Law) by extending to a certain date the termination provision relating
to the statutory and regulatory authority of the Board and the regulation of
waterworks and waste systems personnel; requiring the Department of Fiscal
Services to submit to the General Assembly a certain report by a certain date; and
generally relating to the regulation of the waterworks and wastewater works
industry.
