(a) (2) The terms of the members are staggered as required by the terms
provided for members of the Council on [July] JANUARY 1, [1989] 1990.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the initial
members of the State Advisory Council on Administrative Hearings shall expire as
follows:

(1) 3 members on January 1, 1992 December 31, 1991;

(2) 3 members on January 1, 1993 December 31, 1992; and

(3) 3 members on January 1, 1994 December 31, 1993.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages —Food Service Requirements Licenses

FOR the purpose of defining the use of the word "food" in the definition of
"restaurant" as it applies to alcoholic beverages licensees in Baltimore City; and
requiring the Board of License Commissioners to adopt certain regulations concerning
a certain class of alcoholic beverages license in the City.
