AN ACT to amend Chapter 200 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Subdivision
of Land", by repealing and reenacting with amendments Section 200-13, titled "Lots."

WHEREAS, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid Section of the Wicomico
County Code, upon the favorable recommendation of the Wicomico County Planning
and Zoning Commission, to establish specific lot frontage standards and standards for
lots used as common use areas.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 200 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Subdivision
of Land", by repealing and reenacting with amendments Sections 200-24, titled
"Appeal to County Council", and Section 200-25, titled "Appeal to Circuit Court."

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the aforesaid Sections of the Subdivision
Chapter of the Wicomico County Code, in order to define the clarify the rights of
interested parties to appeal final rulings of the Planning Commission and/or County
Council.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 200 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Subdivision
of Land", by repealing and reenacting Section 200-4, titled "Term defined; general
i requirements." and Section 200-18, titled "Variances."

WHEREAS, it appears advisable to amend the aforesaid Sections of the

i Wicomico County Code pertaining to Subdivisions of Land, upon the favorable

i recommendation of the Wicomico County Planning and Zoning Commission to clarify

i the definition of subdivision and the authority of the Planning Commission to grant

waivers and variances to the procedural requirements and design standards of the Code.
