ARMS—

Order, that the Adjutant General be directed to
furnish Worcester county with sixty Minnie Rifles,
adopted, 148.

Order that the Governor be requested to inform
the House if the arms shipped to Capt. James
Moore of Worcester county, were seized by Gen.
Butler at Fort McHenry with his knowledge and
consent, and if he has taken any action to restore
them, adopted, 268 ; message from the Governor
in response, ordered to be returned to him, 274.

Resolutions from Committee on Federal Rela-
tions requesting the Governor, to return certain
arms, &c., passed, 319 ; (see Governor.)

ASSESSMENT—Order, that the Committee of Ways and
Means take into consideration the propriety of re-
porting a bill for the re-assessment of the real and
personal property of this State, 19, reported inex-

county, 280.
