H. Winchester the sum of $50 for use of furniture in the
hall of House of Delegates and Senate;

Mr. Brune moved to rescind the following order passed by
the House on the 21st instant:
Ordered, Thai the committee on Ways and Means be, and
they are hereby required to ascertain and report at an early
day to this House, what standing appropriations, offices and
compensations, if any, can be reasonably dispensed with or
diminished; and generally what reduction im the expenses of
the State can properly be made;
