The Clerk of the House of Delegates returned the following
bills :

A bill, entitled, An act making appropriations for the payment
of the expenses of the extra session of the General Assembly of
Maryland.

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill, entitled, An act to amend the act passed on the 10th
day of May, 1861, entitled, An act to repeal the 19th section of
Article 29 of the Code of Public General Laws, and the proviso
to the 33rd section of the 5th Article of the said Code, relating
to the stay of executions, and to extend the time for enforcing
the execution of judgments, the following sections relating, re-
stricting the operations of said act, in certain particulars;

With the following

AMENDMENTS :

Strike out all after the word "amendatory" in the third line of
the first section, and all preceding the word "unless" in the fourth
line of said section.

Strike out the words "actions in," in the second line of the
fourth section.

Strike out all after word "rent," in the second line of the
fourth section.

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

Said bill, with amendments, was laid over until the 30th of
July.

A bill, entitled, An act to explain Article 38 of section 25 of
the Maryland Code of Public General Laws, relating to fees of
officers;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill, entitled, An act appropriating a sum of money to the
Chippawa Tribe, N6. 19, Improved Order of Red Men.

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays."

A bill, entitled, An act to authorize and empower Mary Ann
Biggs, a minor of the State of Delaware, to divide certain real
estate, and to convey by good and sufficient deed or deeds, such
part thereof as may be necessary to complete such division, and
to accept and hold her proportion thereof in severally, as though
she were of full age;

Endorsed, "passed by yeas and nays,"
