CHAPTER 497.
AN ACT to repeal sections four, five, six, seven
and eight of article sixty of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled " Marriages,"
as amended by chapter forty-two of the acts
passed at the January session, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-eight, and to re-enact said
sections amended with additional sections
thereto.
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That sections four, five,
six, seven and eight of article sixty of the Code
