curring, That the second section of the act passed by

the General Assembly of Maryland and Virginia at

this present session, entitled An act to regulate the

derstood and construed : the having in possession of

any oysters taken in the Potomac river, and not to

forbid the transportation of oysters over the Potomac

river, which were taken in other waters.
