a list of such research questions, some nine in number,

and I have added one to that which I am going to turn

around and make the number one question and I would like

to briefly run over that list with you, because we do not

have enough copies, I don't believe, for distribution.

DR. LOEVY: I have put one copy on each table,

so they do have one before them.

THE CHAIRMAN: All right, fine. We will run

over them anyway, and the purpose of going over them will

be to make sure that they do state what we want researched

11

and then we can add any other questions we may feel are

12

necessary.

The first question that I would like to see

14

researched, and I am adding to the list as number one, is

15

a complete analysis of the existing county and city govern-

16

ments in the State as of the present time.

MR. MELVIN: I think that is an excellent idea.

deal of the material has already been gathered together

and possibly either Mr, Thompson or Mr. Ratchford nay
